As of September 21st 2023, CMS has released the following updates:
10-18-23 Update: TMA III & IV Ruling – How To Proceed
FHAS is under the impression that all parties needing an extension due to the CMS hold (between 8/3/2023 and 10/5/2023) have been given one and have submitted their offer and payment. FHAS intends to render default and admin determinations for disputes with expired notice of offer links with due dates falling within this timeframe starting October 25th, 2023. If you are still waiting for an extension reach out to FHAS immediately. Please submit any outstanding payments and offers at this time.
